For its 38th edition, All4Pack Emballage Paris, which will take place in Paris from 4 to 7 November 2024 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre, promotes innovation, part of its DNA, in response to the challenges of sustainable development, which is at the heart of the current issues facing the packaging industries, such as beverages, agro-foods, industrial goods, distribution/e-commerce, beauty and hygiene, consumer goods, pharmacy and health, luxury and catering.
Of the more than 1,000 exhibitors registered, 50% are international and Italy is the country with the largest number of operators (16%), presenting machines for multi-sector processing and packaging, marking and coding, as well as packaging & containers, secondary, tertiary, handling and shipping machines.
The All4Pack Circularity area allows visitors to discover companies and start-ups working on reduction, recycling, and reuse. Operators interested in the circular economy, recycling, reuse, bulk, and eco-design meet at an agora dedicated to startup pitches and workshops presented by the show’s exhibitors.
A rich conference program
The partners working on the creation of the content are the WPO (World Packaging Organisation), which participates in the opening conference on the first day of the show; EPDA (European Packaging and brand Design Association) creates the All4Pack Innovations space in the show; the Comité Pack Expert (14 members from packaging user groups), which meets quarterly to discuss issues and innovations in the sector, determines the winners of the All4Pack Innovations.
The program includes 27 free conferences during the 4 days of the show, animated by practitioners (including Istituto Italiano Imballaggio) sharing their experience and vision on current issues and challenges facing the packaging user industries, such as recycling, reuse, reduction, regulations & standards, innovative materials & packaging, eco-design & CSR, data, AI, practicality & functionality, innovations and supply chain.
Innovation Awards
Regarding the Innovation Awards, the entry platform is open for the 2024 All4pack Innovations and each exhibitor can submit as many products as they wish. The application deadline is 12 September 2024. The 2024 jury is composed of 20 French and 10 international journalists, some of them Italian, and nominates the finalist innovations. The Comité Pack Expert will deliberate on 15 October to select the winners.
