The April issue of “Industrie Alimentari” is now available

 

In this issue, we publish a study on traditional PAT agri-food primo-sale cheese, to recover a version as close as possible to the ancient cheese previously made from freshly milked raw sheep’s milk, safeguarding the consumer health and trying to best preserve the past flavor.

We focus on industrial refrigeration, which in recent years has undergone a significant transformation, due to the growth in demand for efficient, sustainable and high-quality solutions; we present marketing dynamics, growth opportunities for energy saving solutions, and the strategic moves of the main operators.

A new standard of sustainability for agri-food companies is taking hold; while the artificial intelligence and latest technological advances make a food safety culture even more essential.

Concerning marketing, the EU is facing a poor harvest of oil olives for the second time, so the prices’ increase consumer ‘ resulting from limited internal availability will contribute to a reduction in consumption. Regarding dairy products, we focus on milk, butter, cheese and skimmed milk powder in the EU.
