MartinoRossi: research and innovation are protagonists at the FI Europe 2022 trade fair in Paris

 

MartinoRossi SpA closes a busy 2022 by taking part in FI Europe 2022, the most important exhibition for companies producing ingredients for the Food & Beverage industry, scheduled for Dec. 6-8 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris.

MartinoRossi will be one of the leading exhibitors at the 2022 edition of FI Europe (Hall 7.1 – Booth G21) presenting its complete high-qualified offer of gluten-free, allergen-free and GMO-free ingredients, functional products and semi-finished products addressed for the food industry. 

Pulses flours, both raw (NATIVA) and heat-treated (HTP and HTS) will be the main protagonist at MartinoRossi booth. 

In particular, focus will be on the new and innovative HTS pulses flours, where pulses undergo on an innovative dry heat treatment process, that allows raw material improvement in terms of sensory profile and taste, reducing the off flavours of pulses and replacing it by a pleasant roasted flavour.

This opens new opportunities for pulses flours to be used in non-conventional preparations such as production of sweet spreadable creams, baked goods, and pastry products. Moreover, their possible area of application includes soups, vegetable drinks and creams like mashed potatoes. HTS pulses flours are available in chickpea, red lentil, green pea and yellow pea varieties. 

FI Europe 2022 trade show will provide MartinoRossi the opportunity to present to a high-qualified international audience both its gluten and allergen free offerings in Functional Products, and Custom Mixes, that are able to meet the demands of food manufacturers in sectors from pasta to sauces, through bakery and snacks. Last but not least, Meat Analogue Mixes will be showcased as well: innovative dry mixes ideal for the production of meat alternatives products like burgers, veggie balls and fillings.
