The 11th CISETA in Milan, the appointment with the innovation

The 11th edition of the Italian Congress of Science and Food Technology, one of the longest in this field, will be held in Fiera di Milano (Rho, Milan, Italy) during the fourth edition of Tuttofood on 21 and 22 May 2013.
The CISETA is, in fact, one of the milestones of the last 22 years to the development of the disciplines related to science and food technology. It should be noted, in fact, that during the two-day science are addressed with high methodological rigor and professional topics of greatest interest to the entire food sector. They’re usually more than three hundred scientific contributions presented in various forms of (oral communications and poster) by authors from all national scientific institutions devoted to research on food.
During the conference, will be developed on the following topics: innovation in the field of animal products, plant products and milk and dairy products, innovation and technology transfer, biotechnology, genomics and metabolomics; health and safety of machinery, processing plants and areas production: microbiological aspects and entomological, residues and contaminants, composition and quality of food products: methods of analysis, predictive techniques, sensory analysis, microbiology, rapid methods, degradation reactions, chemometrics, molecular markers, physical properties, and chemical and physical properties of foods, ingredients and additives, flavorings, enzymes, functional products, sweeteners legislation, packaging, new solutions, container-food interactions, permeability, environmental impact, shelf-life, food microbiology: contaminants, HACCP, pathogens and spoilage; sustainability and production of bio-energy, waste recovery.
