Natural Smokey Flavor for all

 

 

Alimeco keeps on innovating and further improves its Natural Flavor for Smokey results. Given the wide success of the now well known blend which allows to give recipes that sweet and woody flavor through natural ingredients, Alimeco Laboratories have developed new versions allowing the product to be applied to and used for foods that go beyond meat. The new variants are perfect for, among the others, pasta, stuffing, cheese, vinegar, glaze, oil and more. 

The product is still fundamentally the same: a blend of natural ingredients meant to give gourmet recipes and processed foods a sweet scent of smoke without compromising the original flavors and, of equal importance, doing so without compromising the label. This is possible because the blend is categorized as natural flavor and must be written on the label as such. This is true for all version of the products, regardless of its applications. 

Mirco, Director of R&D at Alimeco tells us that “For every new product and each one of its applications we need to carry out a detailed study. To offer an example, the variant of the flavor meant for vinegar must have a much higher solubility than its equivalent for meat products. In the same way the variant meant for cheese must allow for application through immersion. This doesn’t hold true for other versions of the same product.” 

According to Mirco, the decision to offer new versions of the blend felt natural after seeing the market reaction. “After launching the first version which was meant for meat products only, the feedbacks were so positive and the requests for a version meant for different applications so frequent that we immediately started working on developing new version of the Natural Flavor for new food applications.”
