What arouses the greatest interest in the world of milling are the AIRFLASH compressed air cannons which constitute the alternative par excellence to traditional vibration systems.
Why is AIRFLASH so successful?
AIRFLASH is characterized by a rich and differentiated range of products (aircannons from 0.5 to 150 T and above), suitable for the equipment of small, medium and large silos and hoppers, and for dedicated solutions in the case of equipment of batch of silos and/or applications in narrow and confined spaces.
AIRFLASH cannons (working pressure from 2bar to max 10bar) generate timed shock waves capable of:
- Fluidize the ensiled material, eliminating blockages and bridges (bridging)
- eliminate dead zones, thus avoiding stagnation of material and limiting the risk of aging and deterioration of organic and/or degradable products (rat-holing)
- implement a cleaning action reducing the risk of contamination between products of different nature that pass in succession
- protect the safety of operators: AIRFLASH has a preventive action on the formation of blockages and therefore reduces, to the point of eliminating, the need for risky interventions to manually unblock blockages.

- PPI Pick-Power- Impulser for optimized applications with small dimensions and optimized management of compressed air consumption
- EOLO fluidifiers: shock wave distribution grids essential for optimizing the management of highly compacting and/or fine-grained granular material.
