Fratelli Pagani SpA boosts its presence in the Spanish market and founds the ‘Fratelli Pagani Iberica’ branch

 

Fratelli Pagani SpA, specialist in the production of flavourings, spices, and exclusive ingredients for the food industry, proudly announces the opening of its new Spanish branch “Fratelli Pagani Ibérica”.

This is an important step for the Company, which aims to consolidate its presence in a strategic key market in Europe, such as the Iberian Peninsula, as well as an essential bridge to create new business opportunities towards international expansion.

In coincidence with the foundation of Fratelli Pagani Iberica, with the aim of interpreting the tastes and needs of local consumers, the Company recently formed a valuable partnership with Pimursa, an historical Spanish family company specializing in paprika, founded in 1965 and based in Murcia.

This deal, carried out over the past year, was finally accomplished last September. This operation reinforces the values of the headquarters, including Made in Italy quality, high standards of finished products, constant attention and service to the customer, and a long-term vision. Clarefield International and the Italian consultancy company Next Advisor supported the transaction.

The foundation of Fratelli Pagani Iberica allows the Company, first, a significant expansion of its production capacity, and secondly, access to an exclusive package of new references: more than 150 formulas of the local Spanish tradition that will join the already existing 1,400 formulas of Fratelli Pagani S.p.A. with production and a local staff on site. Thanks to the Spanish branch, the company will also benefit from a solid capillary sales network on the spot.
