The Rondostar 5000 is extremely easy and safe to use right from the start thanks to the intuitive i-Touch control function, which resembles a smartphone interface. In addition, thanks to the ‘Program Wizard’ you can achieve automatic creation of lamination programs by entering dough block weight, dough type and number of layers.

With a conveyor belt speed of 85 cm/s and a 90 mm safety opening, the Rondostar 5000 can roll large blocks of dough in no time at all. In addition, the unique reduction curves of the RONDO rollers ensure that the rolling process is gentle.
