Indeed, the most sustainable and effective technology for the elimination of TCA from micro-agglomerated cork stoppers is now available to all wine producers. Xpür® makes use of the CO2 in the supercritical state to penetrate the cork by thrust extraction, a process that is nevertheless in line with the concepts of purity and naturalness.
