Natural, healthy, functional foods. A need consumers feel even more intensely after the emergency. According to the Coop Report the category is growing by about 3 percent yearly, and is evolving from a simpler idea of “free from” to a more comprehensive one of “rich in”. At TuttoFood, at Fiera Milano from 22 to 26 October 2021, this world will be the in the spotlight of the TuttoHealth area, one of the new features from the latest editions, where it will be possible to find, among other things, herbal and vegan products, organic and functional foods, free-from products, but also novel foods and nutraceuticals.
The pivotal role of healthy eating in the event’s growth strategies is confirmed by the latest addition to this year’s exhibition path: the TuttoFruit area, dedicated to fresh fruit and vegetables and the innovations of the IV and V range, that adds to the sectors launched in recent editions such as TuttoHealth itself, TuttoDigital or TuttoWine. The latter will be strengthened with an even greater focus on presenting the territories with selected tastings.
So, TuttoFood is back as an in-person event, and in complete safety thanks to the Safe Together protocol devised by Fiera Milano, which has already made it possible to successfully hold various live events. An irreplaceable moment where to do networking, but also discover the most interesting consumer trends and product innovations, thanks to a rich schedule of events, including the two “piazzas” of Retail Plaza, dedicated to innovation in large-scale distribution and retail, and Evolution Plaza, aimed at the most technological and digital innovations. The Innovation Area will host the new Better Future Award in collaboration with the magazines Gdoweek and Mark UP, dedicated to the most innovative and sustainable products in the sector, and will exhibit the awarded products. The co-location with HostMilano and Meat-Tech, finally, at Fiera Milano on the same dates, will allow to fully explore different supply chains even more in-depth.
